It also optimizes the input feed to mills by continuously monitoring and adjusting parameters like power consumption, motor current, solid percentage, and return load, ensuring the protection of liners by efficiently managing the load profile.
AMOC stands out by integrating the relationship between feed characteristics, liner geometry, feed hardness and size, speed, and other variables through experimental, analytical, and statistical methods.
